Some of the best carpaccio I've ever had. It's adorned with plenty of fried shallots, cilantro, citrus, etc. I put the rest of it on my food. Something about the Asian food out here they put bean sprouts in their fried rice and I can't imagine anything without it now. Great chili oil too. Owner is a fantastic host too
Hidden gem, one of the best place where I ever had food, which including all kinds of places varying from Michelin star restaurant to street food cart. The chef really mastered his craft, attention to details and amazing ingredients. I had a big feast and thought no room for dessert. But the dessert (I had lemon cake) came out to be as amazing as all the dishes.
